CLTK was Established September 2003. The directors have extensive knowledge of the construction industry.
A few years into the eighteen years of CLTK Trading, the company gained a reputation for delivering and specializing in cost effective solutions for clients. Developing trust and confidence, whilst delivering quality, safety with an unreviewed technical knowledge at management level with a highly trained workforce.

Estimating
Our team offer a fully inclusive estimating service with an extra dimension taking partnership and tendering to another level. CLTK cost analysis and breakdown for the client is ?(warmly welcomed.)
Quality Assurance
For monitoring and closing out of the completion of our joinery works on site, CLTK operative an innovative App. Using the app it allows CLTK works to be signed off in line with COWs/site Specifications plus LABC or NHBC guidance. The data is then collated and recorded.
Technology
On and around site CLTK use the latest Apple software to navigate through each site-specific sets of drawings and specifications via each supervisors IPAD. This is linked back to CLTK cloud-based software.
